Varin, the Realm of Edicts
In Varin, no sword decides — a seal does. Written edicts — a triad of wax, seal, and color — hold alive a realm older than its rulers admit.
Crown, Guild, and Coffer set the three seals. Where all three stand together, an edict is fully binding. Where one is missing, the effect diminishes. Where grey is pressed in, sacrilege begins.
